Trust at Amicus

Community Guidelines

Public and shareable companions should be imaginative, honest about being AI, and safe for the adults who discover them.

Create responsibly

Do not create companions that impersonate real people, exploit someone’s likeness, deceive users about being human, or infringe protected intellectual property. Parody and fan concepts may require review and should be clearly described.

Prohibited content

No sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, credible threats, targeted harassment, instructions for serious wrongdoing, hate-based abuse, malware, fraud, or attempts to bypass safety systems.

Moderation and appeals

Amicus may flag, hide, restrict, or remove a character or account based on automated checks, reports, provider rules, or human review. The final launch process must define appeal timing, reviewer access, evidence retention, and escalation.

Report accurately

Use reports for genuine safety, impersonation, rights, or technical concerns. Do not weaponize reporting against people or content you simply dislike. Include only the context needed for review.
