Amicus is for people 18 and older. Age attestation is required before creating an account or starting a guest experience. Accounts or content that raise a credible minor-safety concern may be restricted and reviewed.

Amicus is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or emergency service. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, legal decisions, or urgent safety help.

The product includes crisis routing, prohibited-content rules, character validation, user reports, server-side rate limits, and safety logging designed to avoid private conversation content in general analytics. Production launch still requires a dedicated moderation provider, abuse testing, provider monitoring, and a documented human review process.

Use the report action on a character or contact Support. Categories include unsafe responses, harassment, sexual misconduct, age concerns, impersonation, harmful advice, billing issues, and technical problems. Include only the conversation excerpt you intentionally want reviewed.
